

Monitoring of industrial and civil buildings and constructions
Since 2014 the members of Engineering Geodesy and Mining Department and Regional Centre of Laser Scanning SSUGT have performed a number of works in surveying industrial buildings of ОАО "Novosibirsk Metallurgical Plant n.a. Kuz’min” including monitoring of industrial equipment.
From March 2015 to July 2016 the same collective performed the work “Geotechnological monitoring of steel-concrete columns, basement plates, glued-wood beams of ceilings and measurement of gas boiler house chimney tilt for early revealing of defects and accident prevention in the period of building aquapark” at the address “Health complex with aquapark, hotel and gas boiler house on Jarinskaja st., Leninskij district, Novosibirsk”.
The surveyors used dynamic monitoring methods, which included digital geometric levelling, high-accuracy trigonometric levelling by total station Leica TM30, and laser scanning of the dome beams with different scanners. Very good results were obtained in field testing of scanning total station Leica TS60, which was carried out together with NAVGEOCOM.





GEODETIC MONITORING OF LARGE SPAN STRUCTURES WITH SPATIAL METALLIC CONSTRUCTURE
On the example of water sports palace, Karamov street, Dushanbe, (Tadzhikistan)
All field works were performed by Can.Tech.Sc. Ahmedov B.N. The processing was performed together.
The construction has an ellipse form on the plan with the size 118,94 m by 93,94 m. Basic construction holding the roof system consists of spatial metallic shell standing on metallic columns 28.30 meters high. The arches in lateral and longitudinal directions are strengthened by lateral and longitudinal bonds and all the framework creates the spatial bearing system – spatial shell. Bearing shell construction is fixed to ferroconcrete basement by means of hinged bearers.
